We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Help Desk team and provide exceptional technical support to our clients. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a willingness to learn, this is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the IT industry!



Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.

  • Document and track all support requests, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.

  • Collaborate with senior technical staff to escalate complex issues as needed.

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and support documentation.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to manage time and resources effectively.

  • Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule.

  • Recent graduate in a math or science-related field is preferred, but not required.
