Every refurbished part and server we sell is backed by a 3-month Greenwill Solution limited warranty , covering functional failure under normal operation. DOA items reported within 7 days are replaced at no charge.
Need coverage beyond 3 months? Enroll the hardware in our Hardware Maintenance Service (T-S-2603) and we'll keep it running — even beyond the OEM's end-of-service-life.

For IT hardware components under our warranty, we offer two RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) options — matched to how much downtime your business can tolerate.
Warranty Conditions (apply to both options)

Warranty is void if labels are removed, or the unit shows signs of tampering or misuse

Delivery & Title
Lead time is quoted per line item — title transfers upon full payment, and warranty runs from the delivery date.
Payment Terms by Customer Status
Standard terms require a 30% deposit on order confirmation · orders exceeding ฿100,000 require a 50% deposit. Credit status is assessed from your transaction history with Greenwill and a financial standing review — approval is confirmed in writing with your quotation.
